We’re excited to introduce Nicole Wiseman as the new Chef for the Bremen Township Senior Services program.  A retired federal Auditor turned award-winning culinary professional, Nicole brings precision, passion, and heart to every dish she prepares.  She earned first-place gold in the ACF Midwest Regional Culinary Competition and went on to win silver at the National level—showcasing her talent on a national stage.  Nicole also completed an international culinary work-study in Ireland and holds both an MBA and a degree in Culinary Arts.  She is proudly married to Isaac R. Wiseman, former Village Clerk of Hazel Crest.  Nicole is honored to serve our seniors with a warm smile, friendly conversation, and a nourishing meal.
