Welcome to Bremen Township. It is truly a privilege to serve as the Bremen Township Highway Commissioner.  I am a lifelong resident of Bremen Township. I’m honored to be able to provide this valuable service to our community.

The Township Highway Department has jurisdiction over the unincorporated roads in the township.  In addition to maintenance, repair and plowing snow they erect and maintain all traffic signs, issue driveway permits, trim and remove trees in the township right of ways.

Bremen Township is working closely with the Cook County Highway Department, the County Commissioners and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation Department for a solution to rain water management in the unincorporated areas.  Our office is located at:
