Trustee Kim Bond

Kimberley Bond

Kimberley Bond began working for the City of Markham, as the Director of the Markham Senior Living Complex, in 2012.  She has successfully established a safe environment for the senior residents and continues to be their representative for needed resources.  Kim continuously receives compliments on the City’s well-managed, beautifully maintained and fully occupied building.

I have over 30 years of business management, government relations and property management experience.  My expertise in customer relations is reflected in my leadership overseeing various city projects and events, focusing on senior residents.  As the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, she has learned by example the importance of commitment to community.  She understands that a community led by strong leadership initiates unity and progressive change.

Kimberley has an Associate’s degree from Triton College (1992) and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Human Resources from Concordia University (1997).  She previously held a license as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA, 2012-2016).
